Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Baltimore, MD is seeking a part-time Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers, operate the checkout, and support store operations through stocking and truck unloading.

You will assist customers, enroll in rewards where applicable, and follow SOPs to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and purchases at the register and store floor.
• Complete truck unloads, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Support BOPIS/SFS and omni-channel processes as needed.
• Maintain store recovery, assist with returns, and support shrink and safety programs.
