Job summary

The Michaels Companies store in Bowie, MD is hiring a Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout. You’ll help unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

You’ll participate in BOPIS/SFS processes, support safety initiatives, and perform other duties as assigned. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with evenings, weekends, and early

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with stocking, truck unloading, and planogram duties to keep the store in-stock and well-merchandised.
• Support omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and participate in store recovery and safety programs.
