Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and process cash transactions to standards.
• Unloading trucks, stocking merchandise and maintaining store appearance.
• Participate in omni-channel processes like BOPIS/SFS and rewards enrollments.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety programs; engage with customers professionally.
