Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers.
• Cross trained to work in multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and handle change accordingly.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain store standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Support store recovery and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and shrink reduction programs.
• Provide feedback and contribute to a positive store culture.
