Job summary

Story Land is seeking a seasonal Retail Games Host to welcome guests, assist with merchandise questions, and operate POS systems for purchases. You will help maintain clean, stocked retail spaces and promote current promotions while delivering a fun guest experience.

Role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required; English fluency is necessary and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or arcade experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile as they enter retail locations.
• Assist guests with questions about merchandise or souvenirs.
• Operate POS equipment to finalize purchases and process transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise and current promotions to upsell effectively.
• Keep the retail areas clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Monitor inventory and report low supplies to leadership.
• Ensure guest safety and provide a fun, interactive experience.
