Nordstrom Rack is looking for a team member to deliver a fast, welcoming customer experience while keeping the store clean and organized. You’ll assist with transactions, fit in with different areas of the store, and help customers find great deals.

The role requires strong communication, ownership, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment. A flexible schedule is expected to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Keep the salesfloor runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening.
• Assist customers with cashiering across in-store, online, and mobile platforms using a POS system.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and returning clothing to the floor.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning clothing to the salesfloor.
• Keep stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is checked in and properly ticketed.
• Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise and asset protection standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program.
