Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is hiring a Nordstrom Rack team member in-store to deliver a fast, friendly shopping experience. You’ll assist customers at the register, support stockrooms, and keep floors neat and accessible.

Roles include sales, customer service, stock fulfillment, and adherence to operational standards. Flexibility to work across areas, physical tasks, and opportunities with Nordstrom Rewards program are part of the position.

Responsibilities

• Operate and demonstrate proficiency with store technologies and POS systems.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise and asset protection standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program to customers.
