Responsibilities

• Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready, and is sized and filled in through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
• Assist customers when cashiering with transactions across in-store, online and mobile platforms, operating a point-of-sale system and handling bulky items.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor.
• Keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment.
• Promote initiatives like Nordstrom Rewards program.
