Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Scottsdale to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and support daily sales during peak periods. You will greet customers, assist with product questions, process transactions at POS, and help with restocking and merchandising to reflect MINISO's standards.

Candidates should have a High School diploma and retail experience; a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently; handle transactions.
• Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program; use POS to apply promotions and check inventory.
