Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and support daily sales operations during peak seasons.

You will greet customers, assist with questions, process transactions, enroll members, restock shelves, and follow visual merchandising guidelines to reflect brand standards. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred; weekend/evening availability is required. On-site, in-store position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and provide helpful assistance.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Process inquiries, returns, and exchanges per store policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and restock shelves as needed.
• Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Enroll customers in MINISO Membership Program and apply promotions in POS.
