Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and support daily sales operations during peak seasons. You will greet customers, answer questions, restock shelves, and assist with transactions while upholding MINISO visual merchandising standards.

The role requires friendly, reliable, and professional interaction with customers, flexibility to work weekends and evenings, and a team-oriented attitude to support store goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handle payments and apply promotions.
• Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
