Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain an inviting store environment. You will greet customers, answer questions, restock shelves, and support visual merchandising to reflect MINISO brand standards.

In this role, you will process transactions at the POS, enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program, and ensure accuracy in daily sales operations while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with reliability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor; restock shelves.
• Operate cash register accurately; handle payments and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
• Follow store policies and assist team members as needed.
