Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and support daily sales during peak seasons.

Greet customers, answer questions, process inquiries, returns, and exchanges; operate the POS; promote MINISO Membership; and support visual merchandising to reflect brand standards.

The role requires a professional, friendly demeanor, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Maintain store presentation and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Process inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions while maintaining accuracy and preventing errors.
• Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
• Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.
• Support execution of visual merchandising guidelines to reflect brand standards.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and management with additional assigned tasks.
