Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an associate to deliver outstanding customer service at the point of sale and in customer service processes. You will operate a cash register, greet customers, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments, while maintaining fast, friendly service.

You will support inventory accuracy, assist in training new hires on service workflows, and participate in daily service processes to ensure store standards and Kohl’s brand expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to multi-task and detail
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• No prior retail experience required
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate cash register and process payments
• Execute POS and customer service standards accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed goals (credit, loyalty)
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition
• Assist training of new service team hires and reinforce POS procedures
