Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, greet and assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Execute POS and customer service standards efficiently and courteously.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes like register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishment.
