The Children's Place in Akron, OH is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving goals and delivering exceptional customer service. You will maintain product knowledge, merchandising standards, and a clean store while assisting customers with size and promotion information.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring safety and loss prevention.

Responsabilités

• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing appropriate service.
• Explain value and promotions; offer solutions for out-of-stock items.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Demonstrate selling skills to positively impact conversion.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and educate on the PLACE Card.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure sizes/styles are represented.
• Follow standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display.
• Keep stockroom neat and safe; support a customer-ready environment.
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standards.
• Inform Store Leadership of maintenance needs for a safe environment.
• Contribute to store goals with focused, well-managed efforts.
