Job summary

The Children's Place is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals through exceptional customer service, effective communication, and product knowledge. You will assist with merchandising, replenishment, sizing, and maintaining a clean store and backroom, while ensuring a welcoming environment and accurate cashwrap operations.

Be aware of customer activity and respond with urgency, greet customers, address out-of-stock needs, and protect company

Qualifications

• Excellent customer engagement and communication
• Ability to work in team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Flexible schedule including weekends, overnights, evenings, and call-in shifts
• Must be at least 18 years old and have retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with urgency to assist customers
• Greet and acknowledge customers and provide appropriate level of service
• Explain value and promotions and offer solutions for out-of-stock items
• Maintain merchandising presentation, stock levels, and signage
• Operate cashwrap accurately and educate customers on PLACE Card benefits
• Maintain a neat stockroom and ensure a safe, clean store environment
• Follow Loss Prevention procedures and inform leadership of maintenance needs
• Contribute to store goals and support stock processing when needed
