The Children's Place is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals and delivering outstanding customer service in Sunbury, Ohio. • High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Assist customers with a sense of urgency and provide excellent service.
• Greet customers and acknowledge them with the appropriate level of service.
• Communicate product value and promotions, and offer solutions for out-of-stock items.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment and help drive conversions.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and explain the PLACE Card benefits.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented.
• Follow standards for merchandise presentation, signage, and display.
• Keep a neat, organized stockroom and a customer-ready environment while following safety rules.
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standards and protect store assets by following Loss Prevention procedures.
• Notify Store Leadership of maintenance needs to keep the store clean and safe.
