Job summary

Go! Calendar Holdings, LLC is seeking a licensed seasonal part-time retail associate to open/close the store, assist customers, and manage sales. You will ensure the store stays organized, handle cash, and support promotional activities while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of retail experience, strong customer service skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Flexible schedule and weekend/evening availability are preferred.

• One year of retail experience or related field required.

• Ability to create an exciting shopping experience by staying connected with customer needs.
• Knowledge of retail operations, sales, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft Office.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry and provide friendly service.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale and present current promotions.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Assist customers using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store orders.
• Maintain store visuals and merchandising standards; receive shipments and restock.
• Open/close procedures, prepare cash and complete shift checklists.
