Job summary

Pendleton Woolen Mills in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (12 hours per week) to help connect customers with products and memories during the September–December period.

You’ll deliver friendly service, build product knowledge, maintain store presentation, operate the POS, and support inventory and teamwork in a welcoming environment. This role also offers employee discounts and growth opportunities with a heritage brand.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in retail or customer service
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Positive, team-first attitude; eager to learn
• Comfortable navigating POS systems
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, evenings
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service reflecting the Pendleton brand
• Build product knowledge to help customers find suitable products
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed
• Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system
• Support inventory processes and stock accuracy
• Communicate effectively with team and management to meet store goals
• Contribute to a clean, welcoming store environment
