Job summary

Pendleton Woolen Mills in Fort Worth is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (20-28 hours/week) from September through December. You will connect customers with Pendleton products, deliver friendly service, and help maintain an inviting store environment.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and comfort with POS systems. You’ll join a team that values connection, authenticity, and growth opportunities, with benefits and discounts for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Tech-friendly; comfortable navigating POS systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs)
