• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.

The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, which includes greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with locating, selecting, demonstrating, preparing, or loading merchandise. Each role has specific responsibilities, such as:

• Assembling merchandise (Assembler)
• Distributing and stocking merchandise (Receiver/Stocker)
• Loading merchandise for customers (CSA Loader)
• Assisting with shopping needs (CSA Sales Floor)
• Processing sales and returns (CSA Front End)

This list is not exhaustive, and associates may be asked to perform other duties as needed. Depending on hiring needs, applicants may be considered for any of these roles.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or supporting neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Generally scheduled 10 to 40 hours; more hours may be required.
• Availability: Must be available any day of the week for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, except Receiver/Stocker which requires late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, with or without assistance; 10 pounds for CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs (Loader, Front-End, and Sales Floor): At least 6 months of experience with computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying data) and handheld devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months of experience operating forklift/power equipment.
• CSAs: 6 months of retail experience, including customer service, product knowledge, and issue resolution.
