Job summary

Michaels Otsego, MN is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to keep the shelves in stock.

This role supports omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, engages customers in rewards programs, and adheres to SOPs while upholding Michaels’ brand promises.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program and card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with BOPIS and SFS processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock status.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
