Qualifications

• Customer Service: you're maneuvering around the store at a fast pace, helping customers and answering questions.
• Executes pricing and signing across merchandise to keep prices accurate and signage clear.
• Replenish and restock the store to ensure the right styles and sizes are available for customers.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and prepare items for the floor.
• Maintain backroom standards: keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• On-line jcp.com pick up: fulfill orders placed online when needed.
• Merchandise strategy: execute leadership plans for placement across the floor.
• Participates in a learning environment: absorb new information from peers and training materials.

Responsibilities
