Responsibilities

• Customer Service: assist customers and answer questions on the sales floor.
• Executes pricing and signing: adjust ticket prices and signage quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock: pull and stage merchandise to floor for customers.
• Receive and unload merchandise: help unload trucks and prep backroom stock.
• Backroom standards: keep stockroom clean, organized, and safe.
• Online order pickup: locate and fulfill orders placed at jcp.com.
• Merchandise strategy: implement leadership-mandated merchandising plans with accuracy.
