Job summary

Eberjey is seeking a Seasonal Operations Assistant for a part-time, seasonal role in Miami at Merrick Park to support back-of-house tasks and store performance. The position runs from November 1 to January 15, 2027, with a compensation of $17.00 - $22.00 per hour.

The role focuses on receiving, stock organization, replenishment to the floor, transfers, and merchandising standardization, ensuring a clean, organized stock room and presentable store space during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift baskets/boxes up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule – weekends/holidays.
• Basic computer skills: Outlook/Excel; use of iPad/laptop and POS.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspect of store maintenance.
• Receive inventory and ensure accuracy per procedures.
• Ensure inventory control and inspect quality of new merchandise.
• Organize back stock.
• Steam client try-ons and returns.
• Prep store-to-store transfers.
• Prep FedEx labels and confirm receipt.
• Prep gift boxes.
• Assist with cleaning of store.
