Job summary

Eberjey is seeking a Seasonal Operations Assistant in Miami (Merrick Park) to support back-of-house tasks and store performance. You will handle receiving, stock organization, replenishment to the floor, transfers, and help maintain an organized stock room. The role includes assisting with store visuals when needed.

This part-time seasonal position runs from November 1 to January 15, 2027. Candidates should have retail experience, be able to lift up to 30 lbs, and possess basic computer skills

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift baskets/boxes up to 30 pounds.
• Team player with flexible weekend/holiday availability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspects of store maintenance.
• Receive inventory and ensure accuracy per procedures.
• Inspect new merchandise and organize back stock.
• Prepare store for transfers and shipments (FedEx).
• Assist with cleaning and merchandising adjustments.
• Support with gift-wrapping and on-floor replenishment.
