Job summary

Brobston Group in Boston is seeking a Seasonal Operational Support associate to help deliver an exceptional customer experience in our retail store. This role lasts up to three months and covers shipping/receiving, inventory, cash office, and administrative tasks.

You will process merchandise, assist with inventory, handle paperwork, replenish supplies, and support store processes. Strong organization, communication, and ability to lift 20 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail operations experience in a support or sales role.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; able to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stand/walk, lift ~20 pounds, and move stock.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise, shipping docs, transfers, inventory counts, and related paperwork according to company standards.
• Support inventory preparation, cash office procedures, shrink reduction, and store process improvements.
• Maintain office, facilities, and associate supplies; coordinate accessory repairs, engraving, and embossing services.
• Help ensure invoices are approved promptly and replenish supplies as requested by store management.
