Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a seasonal operational support associate in a Boston retail store to help with shipping and receiving, stockroom duties, and cash office processes while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

You will assist with inventory prep, merchandise processing, accessories repairs and store process improvements, and you must be able to stand, lift up to 20 pounds, and collaborate with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills; able to multitask and collaborate across departments.
• Able to stand/walk during shifts, lift approximately 20 pounds, and move stock.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office, facilities, and grooming supplies; coordinate invoice approvals and replenish supplies.
• Support shrink reduction, inventory preparation, merchandise processing, and store process improvements.
• Coordinate accessory repairs, engraving, and embossing services.
• Execute cash office processes and handle transfer, shipping, and inventory documents accurately.
