Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Support Associate to help ensure smooth store operations. You will handle inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor support while assisting customers and contributing to store presentation as needed.

Qualifications

Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to lift or maneuver up to 30 pounds, climb moderately, and work around store areas and merchandise.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Process deliveries, merchandise tags, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and online orders.
Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
Assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain clean, welcoming sales areas and fitting rooms.
Support visual merchandising, store standards, and effective teamwork across front- and back-of-house operations.
