Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Dallas to support store goals during peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and brand-focused service.

You will drive inventory accuracy, assist with shipment, replenishment, and merchandising while maintaining high visual standards and a safe work environment. The role demands constant movement and teamwork during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Constant movement around the store
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and move for an entire shift
• Team oriented and motivated to achieve results

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, and replenishment processes
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Collaborate with budgets, inventory control, and facilities teams
• Ensure safe work environment and efficient stockroom operations
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs
• Execute store operations directives with the Ops & Visual team
• Assist with product flow, merchandising, and daily replenishment
• Use metrics to support business-driving decisions
• Resolve client needs promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across store areas
