Job summary

ALO in La Jolla, CA is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life. You will execute inventory processes, maintain visual standards, assist in shipments and replenishment, and work with the team to ensure efficient, safe store operations while driving customer satisfaction.

Part-time role with a starting base pay of $17.50 per hour, plus participation in monthly

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales/ops environment.
• Constant movement around store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand long shifts and climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies with store leadership to fix gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and stock management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient operations and safe work environment.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest service.
• Assist with company operations directives with the Ops & Visual Management teams.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow, merchandising, and replenishment.
