Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking Seasonal Operations Associates to support store operations and deliver an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. The role emphasizes merchandise handling, accurate inventory control, and safe execution of daily tasks on the floor and in back areas.

You will unload, sort, and prepare merchandise for selling floors and shipments, while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in operations or a warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control tasks and execute merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout work areas.
