Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage product placement and inventory in assigned stores, collaborating with local store teams. You will restock and maintain displays, while adapting to seasonal resets and installations, striving to represent Hallmark professionally.

This role involves a variable schedule with 4–8 hours weekly, requiring availability around major holidays and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently in retail environments.
• Minimum age 18 and ability to read/write English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver cartons/fixtures.
• Access to transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product displays in stores using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: handle seasonal demand with extended hours as needed.
• Department resets: assist with installations and rearrangements of Hallmark fixtures.
• One Team Vision: support fellow merchandisers across territories.
