Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Merchandiser to work in Hallmark department stores, stocking and organizing products, maintaining displays, and coordinating with store teams to optimize placement. This part‑time role emphasizes independent work, reliability, and customer‑facing service.

You will support seasonal resets and installations, collaborate with other merchandisers, and ensure timely, accurate inventory across multiple retail locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld digital device and access Wi‑Fi.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product displays in stores using a mobile device and communicate with supervision.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays with potential weekend work.
• Department resets: participate in installations, remodeling, and relocating card departments with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers across territories to support others.
