Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to work in various retail locations, ensuring optimal product placement and stock levels. You’ll manage displays and restock Hallmark items using a handheld device and collaborate with store teams to present a polished Hallmark presentation.

Responsibilities include seasonal resets, holiday support, and installations, with a flexible schedule averaging 3–6 hours per week. Hallmark provides paid training and voluntary benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department, using a handheld device for reporting and communication.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays with potential weekend work.
• Department Resets: installations and rearrangements of Hallmark fixtures and product layouts, with two-week notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: you are part of a network of merchandisers supporting other team members across territories.
