Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in retail locations, independently managing product placement and inventory while collaborating with store teams. You will support seasonal resets and installations as needed, and may visit multiple store formats to maintain Hallmark displays.

Hours are 8–10 per week with required weekend availability around major holidays, and you will use a handheld device for merchandising tasks and reporting. Physical work includes lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld digital device to view documents.
• Access to Wi-Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department, using a mobile device for reporting and feedback.
• Holiday support: assist during seasonal demand with extended hours and occasional holiday work.
• Department resets: participate in installations and resets, including fixture setup and product relocation.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers and support colleagues across territories.
