Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, independently managing product placement and inventory for Hallmark products. You’ll engage with store teams, ensure displays are up-to-date, and support holiday resets as needed.

This role offers paid training, potential annual pay increases, and voluntary benefits for part-time employees, with a typical schedule of 7–10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to grasp, lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to access documents and information.
• Have access to Wi‑Fi and Internet.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize and monitor Hallmark products in stores using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: handle seasonal demand with extra days and hours around holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and reconfigurations, notified in advance.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers to support territories.
