Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently in retail stores, keeping Hallmark displays organized, replenished, and visually compelling while building strong relationships with store teams.

You’ll support seasonal resets and installations, handle inventory tasks, and work a flexible schedule averaging 10–15 hours per week. Paid training is provided, and voluntary benefits include medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• You must be able to read, write and understand English.
• You can lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within stores using a handheld device and communicate with your supervisor.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demand and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: participate in installations, relocating card sections, and remodeling tasks with two weeks' notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers to support territories as needed.
