Job summary

Hallmark is hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser to work with store teams, optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets. You will restock and display Hallmark products in various retailers, using a mobile device to report and coordinate with your supervisor.

The role requires physical work and weekend availability around holidays. Typical schedule is 15–20 hours per week with potential for increased hours during seasonal changes.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device to open/read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and internet.
• Access to transportation to travel to and between stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using a mobile device; maintain display and communicate with supervisor and store staff.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays; possible weekend work.
• Department resets: assist with installing fixtures, relocating card sections, and remodels with advance notice.
