lululemon is hiring an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, share detailed product knowledge, and authentically reflect our community and culture.

You’ll help create a premium in-store experience and drive loyalty through education and connection. The Educator role focuses on presenting products, answering questions, and guiding guests through seamless omnichannel options while upholding our standards for a luxurious store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country location
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience with accurate transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
