lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail store. You will educate guests on product benefits, guide purchases, and support seamless omnichannel experiences while staying energized on the shop floor.

You will engage with guests, share product knowledge, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure a memorable and welcoming environment that reflects lululemon’s values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, etc.).
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right.
