Job summary

Buckle is hiring a part-time Store Support Teammate in Louisville, KY. You will greet guests, operate POS, and support merchandising tasks while maintaining a clean, organized store and upholding Buckle’s standards.

Flexibility is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shopping periods. No prior experience is needed, and we provide benefits after applicable waiting periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies on payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts and handle them appropriately.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as displays, fixtures, pricing, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable to fulfill Buckle’s mission.
