Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate in Bowling Green, KY for part-time hours. You will greet Guests, process transactions at the POS, and stay knowledgeable about current promotions and policies.

Assist with merchandising tasks, monitor for security risks, and keep the store clean and organized while upholding Buckle’s Code of Ethics and established SOPs. Flexible scheduling will be required, including weekends and holiday shopping days.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Process Guest transactions by operating the POS system and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and theft and know how to handle these situations.
• Assist Merchandising in preparing displays, organizing fixtures, and applying price markdowns.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable, adhering to Buckle’s policies and codes of ethics.
