Job summary

Buckle's Store Support Teammate helps fulfill our mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. The role includes assisting Guests, handling POS transactions, organizing displays, and supporting the Store Manager with sales tasks.

Working on-site, you may schedule mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods, maintain a neat store, follow Buckle's ethics, and participate in special projects as assigned. No prior experience required; training provided.

• Ability to greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to handle these situations.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as preparing displays, organizing fixtures, and price markdowns.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable; follow Buckle’s policies and ethics.
