Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in New Orleans, LA is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will greet Guests, answer questions, operate the POS, and assist with merchandising tasks and daily store operations.

This on-site role offers flexible scheduling and requires no prior experience. Training is provided, with benefits available after waiting periods as applicable to a part-time position.

Qualifications

• Part-time position with on-site location.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) software and complete Guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies on payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
