Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Store Support Teammate in New Orleans, LA. This on-site, part-time role focuses on delivering excellent guest service and supporting the store team across sales, checkout, merchandising, and operations.

You’ll greet guests, manage transactions at the POS, stay aware of promotions, and help maintain a tidy, inviting shopping environment. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shopping days.
• Complete Guest transactions using POS and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, payment policies, and exchanges.
• Monitor security and prevent theft when possible.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable.
