Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking team members for Hillsboro, OR store operations. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining stock for a well-merchandised store. Responsibilities include enrolling customers in rewards programs, supporting BOPIS/SFS processes, and following SOPs while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and truck unloads.
• Stock, recover merchandise, and maintain planograms and in-stock store.
