Job summary

Legends is seeking Seasonal Merchandise Associates to deliver a world-class customer experience at our retail spaces during events. You will greet customers, process sales, handle cash, stock merchandise, and support store operations to ensure a clean, inviting environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Friendly, self-motivated, and able to engage with customers in events.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willing to work flexible hours including late nights, weekends, holidays.
• Good math skills for counting change and balancing cash.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun and professional environment for team members and fans
• Proactively greet and assist all customers entering the location
• Uphold Legends standards and policies
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures; welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and venue performance
• Assist as directed by your supervisor to ensure that your assigned location is neat, organized, clean and fully stocked for all events and set up
• Assist with stocking of merchandise
• Complete other duties as assigned by management and supervision
