Patagonia is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Guide to support our Fletcher store team during peak periods. You will help customers, learn product details, and keep the floor stocked and inviting while embodying our brand values and commitment to the planet.

This role emphasizes friendly, proactive service, teamwork, and flexible hours. You will handle sales, assist with events, manage inventory flow, and contribute to a clean, safe store environment in an in-person setting with 8–19 hour

Formación

• Proven customer service or sales experience in retail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities during peak seasons.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfort with money handling and POS systems.
